Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 package Smoked Salmon
- Fresh Dill
- Cucumber, thinly sliced
- Tomato, thinly sliced
- 2 Small flour tortillas
- Cream Cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Sliced onion
- Caviar (optional)
Instructions
- Smear the cream cheese on the wrap. Then layer the smoked salmon, vegetables and spices on top
- In a small saucepan, put in the eggs in the water and bring to a boil. Once the boil is reached, turn the stove off. Let the eggs cool and tear them on to each wrap.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
