Soft Boiled Egg, Smoked Salmon and Dill wrap

A light wrap full of omega 3 fatty acid to provide fuel through the day. The flavors are delicious together and the onion and cucumber offer a nice crisp contrast to the texture of the egg and salmon.

Smoked Salmon


  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 package Smoked Salmon
  • Fresh Dill
  • Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Tomato, thinly sliced
  • 2 Small flour tortillas
  • Cream Cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sliced onion
  • Caviar (optional)


  • Smear the cream cheese on the wrap. Then layer the smoked salmon, vegetables and spices on top
  • In a small saucepan, put in the eggs in the water and bring to a boil. Once the boil is reached, turn the stove off. Let the eggs cool and tear them on to each wrap.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
