Ingredients
- 2 packages shirataki angel hair or 3/4 lb regular angel hair pasta
- 1/2 bottle vodka sauce
- 1 onion
- 1/2 jar roasted red pepper
- 1/2 jar artichoke
- 2 chicken apple sausages
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 6 threads saffron
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 pound shrimp
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 6-8 baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup gruyere cheese
- Chopper fresh basil
Instructions
- Combine oil, garlic, onion, and onion in a saucepan, heat until slightly brown. Add in the shrimp and sear on both sides. Add in the sausage.
- Add in the tomato sauce, artichoke, zucchini, red wine, red pepper in the pan and heat
- Lower the heat to medium-low and add in the angel hair, red pepper and heat for 10 min
- Add in the cheese and basil and serve.
